My Order

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Please get in touch and we would be more than happy to help in any way we can. We can do anything from bibs to blocks. We also dabble in nursery furniture. If you are after a specific shelf or toy table, please get in touch and we would be happy to create that piece in whatever size, colour or material you desire. The world is your oyster! Please note, additional shipping charges apply when the product is oversized.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most of our products are lovingly handmade to order. As such, we would ask that you please allow 3-5 working days prior to shipping for your order to be put together. (If you need your products urgently, please get in touch and we will see what we can do to help.) Note, any stocked items, such as Nappy Covers will be shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed, unless combined with handmade items.

Has my order been shipped yet?

As soon as your order is dispatched, a confirmation dispatch email will be sent to let you know it's on its way. If you placed an order with us and have not received a confirmation or dispatch email, please contact us and we will look into this further for you.

I think I found a fault with an item I purchased, what should I do?

The quality of our products is extremely important to us at Brooksies. If you are not happy with a particular product please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How many cloth nappies do I need to cloth diaper full time?

That depends largely on how often you want to wash. If you plan on washing every day, you will need 15-20 nappies. If you plan on washing every 2 days, you would need double that.

Do I need a cover for every nappy change?

No, you do not. Our nappy covers only need to be laundered when soiled. This means as long as your little one does a wee, you can use the same cover, with a new absorbent layer.

How many nappy covers do I need to cloth diaper full time?

We recommenf 7-10, just to be on the safe side. This allows you to wash every couple of days, have one on baby, one spare in case the first one gets poop on it, and one fresh one for your night nappy.

How often do I need to change a cloth nappy?

Just as with a disposable, it needs to be changed the moment it has poop in it. Wees can be left for 2-4 hours.
