SHIPPING POLICY

We endeavour to keep the turnaround time as short as possible and you will often have your goods within the week. However, occasionally couriers may hold up the delivery of your parcel meaning that it arrives outside of the estimated time frame. If you require something by a specific date, please be sure to let us know as soon as possible and we will do all we can help. 

 

Deliveries within New Zealand 

We ship parcels anywhere in New Zealand using a tracked courier.  Typical delivery is within 2-3 working days, depending on your location.  Parcels are sent Monday-Friday only, not including public holidays.  All parcels are tracked and a tracking number is emailed to you once the parcel has been sent. 

 

Deliveries to Australia 

We ship parcels to Australia using NZ Post Air Mail.  Arrival times are dependent on your location, but it generally takes between 6-14 working days. Parcels are sent Monday-Friday only, not including public holidays. Unfortunately, parcels are unable to be tracked but please contact us if there is an extraordinary delay and we will see what we can do for you.

 

Deliveries to the rest of the world 

We ship parcels to the rest of world using NZ Post Air Mail.  Arrival times are dependent on your location. Parcels are sent Monday-Friday only, not including public holidays. Unfortunately, parcels are unable to be tracked but please contact us if there is an extraordinary delay and we will see what we can do for you.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act, items may be returned for a refund if they have never been worn or used and are still in brand new condition (so as to be able to resell) This does not apply to custom orders. 

 

We are proud to offer beautiful high quality products and want to ensure you are happy with your purchases from Brooksies. If you are not delighted with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition upon presentation of the original invoice within 30 days of purchase (at your own expense)

 

Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish to exchange it.

 

If you would like to exchange an item, please get in touch via the 'Contact' tab and we will discuss how to go about returning the goods. Once the returned item is received, a new order with the exchanged item will be processed and we will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.

 

Any items that may be faulty or damaged will be returned at our expense, provided the care instructions were followed. This does not include wear and tear.
